欢迎使用 WeatherWear天气衣橱（以下简称"本应用"或"WeatherWear"）。本应用由张文杰（以下简称"我们"或"开发者"）开发和运营。

请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读并充分理解本协议的全部内容，特别是免责声明、责任限制等条款。如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，请立即停止使用本应用。您下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部约束，包括接受本应用按"现状"提供服务并自愿承担使用风险。

一、服务说明

1.1 服务内容

WeatherWear 是一款基于人工智能技术的智能穿衣建议应用，主要功能包括：

• 根据实时天气数据提供AI穿衣建议

• 天气信息查询（实时天气、24小时预报、7天预报）

• 个人衣橱管理（支持上传衣物照片）

• 穿搭方案保存与管理

• 多档案管理（家庭版功能）

• iCloud数据同步（Pro版功能）

1.2 服务性质

您理解并同意：

• 本应用提供的穿衣建议仅为辅助参考工具，不构成任何专业建议

• 本应用不能替代您个人的判断和决策

• 您应根据自身实际情况自行决定穿着，并对自己的决定负责

1.3 服务版本

本应用提供以下服务版本：

• 免费版：包含基础功能，每日1次AI建议，最多10件衣物，最多5套穿搭方案

• Pro专业版：订阅制，包含无限次AI建议、未来日期建议、无限衣物管理、无限穿搭方案、iCloud同步等高级功能

• 家庭版：订阅制，包含Pro版所有功能，支持创建多个独立档案，适合家庭成员分别使用

1.4 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利，恕不另行通知。对于服务的修改、暂停或终止，我们不对您或任何第三方承担任何责任。

二、用户资格与行为规范

2.1 用户资格

• 如果您是未成年人（未满18周岁），请在您的父母或法定监护人的陪同和指导下阅读本协议，并在取得他们的同意后使用本应用。

• 您使用本应用即表示您已获得必要的法律授权。

2.2 用户行为规范

您同意在使用本应用时遵守以下规定：

• 不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动

• 不得干扰或破坏本应用的正常运行

• 不得通过任何方式对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编

• 不得利用本应用侵犯他人合法权益

• 不得滥用AI服务或进行任何可能损害服务稳定性的行为

• 不得上传违法、侵权或不当内容的图片

2.3 用户上传内容

• 您上传的衣物照片应为您本人拍摄或有权使用的图片

• 您不得上传包含违法、色情、暴力、侵犯他人隐私或知识产权等内容的图片

• 我们有权但无义务审查用户上传的内容，并有权删除违规内容

• 您对您上传的所有内容承担全部责任

三、订阅服务与付费条款

3.1 订阅说明

• 本应用的订阅服务通过Apple App Store提供

• 订阅费用将通过您的Apple ID账户收取

• 订阅将自动续订，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时关闭自动续订

• 您可以在App Store账户设置中管理和取消订阅

3.2 价格与支付

• 订阅价格以App Store中显示的价格为准

• 我们保留调整订阅价格的权利，价格变更将在您下一个订阅周期生效，届时会提前通知您

• 任何适用的税费将根据您所在地区的法律规定计算

3.3 退款政策

• 所有退款请求均需通过Apple App Store处理，按照Apple的相关退款政策执行

• 如果您获得退款，您对Pro/家庭版功能的访问权限将立即终止

• 我们不直接处理退款请求，请联系Apple客服

3.4 订阅取消

• 取消订阅不会自动获得退款

• 如未申请退款，取消订阅后您可以继续使用已付费功能直至当前订阅期结束

• 订阅期结束后，您的账户将恢复为免费版功能

四、人工智能服务条款

4.1 AI服务说明

• 本应用的AI穿衣建议功能由第三方AI服务提供商（OpenRouter）提供技术支持

• AI生成的内容具有不确定性，可能存在错误、不准确、不完整或不适合您具体情况的内容

• AI建议仅供参考，不构成任何专业建议或指导

4.2 数据处理

• 为提供AI服务，您的部分数据（包括但不限于天气信息、个人体质偏好、衣物信息）将被发送至第三方AI服务提供商的服务器进行处理

• 我们已选择不将您的数据用于AI模型训练的服务选项

• 详细的数据处理方式请参阅本应用的《隐私政策》

4.3 AI服务免责声明

您明确理解并同意：

• AI生成的穿衣建议仅供参考，最终穿着决定由您自行做出

• 我们不保证AI建议的准确性、完整性、适用性、及时性或可靠性

• 我们不保证AI建议适合您的健康状况、体质特点或特定活动需求

• 您自愿选择是否采纳AI建议，并自行承担由此产生的一切后果

• 在极端天气条件下，您应以官方气象部门的预警和建议为准，而非依赖本应用

五、知识产权

5.1 应用所有权

• 本应用的所有权利、所有权和利益（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、图形、文字、音频等）均归开发者所有

• 本协议未授予您对本应用知识产权的任何权利

5.2 用户内容

• 您保留您上传至本应用的衣物图片、穿搭方案等用户内容的所有权

• 您授予我们为提供服务所必需的、非独占的、免版税的许可，以使用、存储和处理您的用户内容

• 此许可仅用于向您提供本应用的服务，我们不会将您的用户内容用于其他商业目的

六、隐私保护

我们重视您的隐私保护。有关我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息的详细说明，请参阅我们的《隐私政策》。《隐私政策》是本协议的组成部分。

七、免责声明

7.1 服务"按现状"提供

您明确理解并同意：本应用及其所有内容、功能和服务均"按现状"（AS IS）和"按可用性"（AS AVAILABLE）提供。我们明确声明不作出任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括但不限于：

• 对适销性、特定用途适用性、非侵权性的默示保证

• 对服务不中断、无错误、及时、安全或无病毒的保证

• 对任何信息、数据或建议准确性、可靠性、完整性的保证

• 对服务能满足您的需求或期望的保证

7.2 天气数据免责

• 本应用的天气数据来源于第三方服务（Apple WeatherKit、和风天气）

• 天气数据由第三方提供，我们无法控制其准确性和及时性

• 我们不保证天气数据的准确性、及时性或完整性

• 在极端天气情况下，请务必以官方气象部门发布的信息为准

7.3 第三方服务免责

• 本应用依赖第三方服务（包括但不限于Apple WeatherKit、和风天气、OpenRouter AI服务、Apple iCloud服务）

• 第三方服务的可用性、准确性和安全性由各服务提供商负责

• 对于因第三方服务中断、错误、变更、数据丢失或其他问题导致的任何后果，我们不承担任何责任

• 第三方服务的使用受其各自服务条款和隐私政策约束

7.4 用户风险自担

您明确理解并同意：

• 您使用本应用的风险完全由您自行承担

• 您根据本应用提供的建议所做的任何决定和行为，其后果由您自行负责

• 因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何人身伤害、财产损失、健康问题或其他损害，我们不承担任何责任

• 您有责任根据自身健康状况、体质特点和实际环境做出适当的穿着选择

7.5 不可抗力

对于因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、战争、恐怖袭击、政府行为、网络攻击、系统故障、电力中断、通讯故障等）导致的服务中断、数据丢失或其他损失，我们不承担任何责任。

八、责任限制

8.1 损害赔偿免除

在法律允许的最大范围内，您明确理解并同意：

• 开发者不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、惩罚性的或后果性的损害承担责任，无论该等损害是否可预见，无论是否已被告知发生此类损害的可能性

• 开发者不对以下情形承担任何责任：

  • 因依赖AI穿衣建议而导致的任何身体不适、健康问题或人身伤害

  • 因天气数据不准确而导致的任何损失

  • 因服务中断、延迟或无法访问而导致的任何损失

  • 因数据丢失或损坏而导致的任何损失

  • 因第三方服务问题而导致的任何损失

  • 因用户自身操作不当或设备问题而导致的任何损失

  • 任何利润损失、商誉损失、数据损失或其他无形损失

8.2 责任上限

如果根据适用法律，上述免责条款的任何部分不能完全执行，则开发者对您承担的全部责任，以您在提出索赔前六（6）个月内实际支付给我们的订阅费用为限。如果您未支付任何费用，则开发者不承担任何赔偿责任。

8.3 例外情况

上述责任限制和免责条款不适用于法律明确规定不能排除或限制的责任（如有）。

8.4 条款基础

您确认，本协议中的免责声明和责任限制条款是您与我们之间协议的基本要素，是我们向您提供服务的前提条件。如果没有这些条款，我们将无法以当前的方式和价格提供本应用。

九、赔偿

您同意就因以下情形引起的或与之相关的任何索赔、损失、损害、责任、成本和费用（包括合理的律师费），对开发者及其关联方进行赔偿并使其免受损害：

• 您违反本协议的任何条款

• 您违反任何适用的法律法规

• 您侵犯任何第三方的权利

• 您上传的任何内容

• 您对本应用的任何使用或滥用

十、协议修改

10.1 修改权利

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在本应用内公布或通过其他合理方式通知您。

10.2 继续使用

您在协议修改后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受修改后的协议。如果您不同意修改后的协议，请停止使用本应用并将其卸载。

十一、终止

11.1 用户终止

您可以随时通过删除本应用来终止使用我们的服务。

11.2 开发者终止

如果您违反本协议的任何条款，我们有权立即终止或暂停您对本应用的访问，恕不另行通知，且无需承担任何责任，也无需退还任何费用。

11.3 终止后果

协议终止后：

• 本协议中关于知识产权、免责声明、责任限制、赔偿和管辖法律的条款继续有效

• 我们没有义务为您保留任何数据

• 您应立即停止使用本应用

十二、适用法律与争议解决

12.1 适用法律

本协议的订立、执行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（为本协议之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的法律）。

12.2 争议解决

• 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决

• 如果协商不成，任何一方均可将争议提交至开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决

12.3 管辖同意

无论您位于何处，您使用本应用即表示您同意上述法律适用和管辖约定。

十三、其他条款

13.1 完整协议

本协议（包括隐私政策）构成您与我们之间关于使用本应用的完整协议，取代之前的所有口头或书面协议。

13.2 可分割性

如果本协议的任何条款被有管辖权的法院或仲裁机构认定为无效或不可执行，该条款应在必要的最小范围内进行修改或删除以使其有效，其余条款继续完全有效。

13.3 权利放弃

我们未能或延迟执行本协议的任何权利或规定，不构成对该权利或规定的放弃。

13.4 转让

未经我们事先书面同意，您不得转让或转移本协议项下的任何权利或义务。我们可以自由转让本协议项下的权利和义务。

13.5 语言

本协议以中文和英文书写。如有不一致之处，以中文版本为准。

13.6 标题

本协议中的标题仅为方便阅读而设，不影响条款的解释。

收集目的：方案保存和复用

档案信息：家庭版用户创建的多个档案名称和各档案的个性化设置
收集目的：支持多成员分别使用

1.2 自动收集的信息

位置信息：城市级别的大致位置（非精确GPS坐标）
收集目的：获取当地天气数据。您也可以选择手动输入城市，无需授权位置权限

使用数据：功能使用频次、崩溃日志
收集目的：改进产品和服务质量

1.3 我们目前不收集的信息

• 您的真实姓名

• 电话号码

• 身份证号码

• 银行卡/支付信息（支付由Apple处理）

• 精确GPS位置

• 通讯录

• 设备广告标识符（IDFA）

注意：未来版本中，我们可能会集成分析服务以改进产品体验。届时我们将更新本隐私政策并通知您。

二、我们如何使用您的信息

我们收集的信息将用于以下目的：

2.1 提供核心服务

• 根据天气和您的个人偏好生成AI穿衣建议

• 管理您的个人衣橱和衣物照片

三、信息共享与第三方服务

3.1 AI服务提供商

为提供AI穿衣建议功能，我们使用第三方AI服务（OpenRouter）。以下信息可能会被发送至AI服务提供商的服务器：

• 当前天气数据（温度、湿度、风速等）

• 您的个性化设置（体质偏好、年龄段等）

• 您的衣物信息（用于个性化推荐，不包括衣物照片）

重要说明：

• 我们已选择不将您的数据用于AI模型训练的服务选项

• AI服务提供商仅在处理您的请求时访问相关数据

• 数据传输采用加密方式

• 您上传的衣物照片不会被发送至AI服务

3.2 天气数据服务

我们使用以下第三方天气数据服务：

• Apple WeatherKit

• 和风天气

仅您的城市级别位置信息会被用于查询天气数据。

3.3 Apple服务

• App Store：处理订阅和支付

• iCloud：为Pro/家庭版用户提供数据同步服务（数据存储在您的个人iCloud账户中，由Apple管理）

3.4 我们不会出售您的数据

我们不会出售、出租或以其他方式将您的个人信息提供给第三方用于营销目的。

3.5 法律要求

四、数据存储与安全

4.1 数据存储位置

• iCloud存储：Pro/家庭版用户的同步数据存储在您的个人iCloud账户中（由Apple管理）

• 第三方服务器：AI请求处理时的临时数据（处理完成后不会永久存储）

4.2 数据保留期限

• 本地数据：直到您删除应用或手动清除数据

• iCloud数据：直到您从iCloud中删除或取消订阅

• AI处理数据：仅在请求处理期间临时使用

4.3 安全措施

我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的信息，包括：

• 数据传输加密（HTTPS）

• 最小化数据收集原则

• 删除保存的穿搭方案

• 管理档案（家庭版）

5.2 撤回位置权限

您可以随时在设备设置中撤回位置权限。撤回后，您仍可通过手动输入城市使用天气功能。

5.3 删除数据

• 删除本地数据：卸载应用将删除所有本地数据

• 删除iCloud数据：在设备的"设置 > Apple ID > iCloud > 管理存储空间"中管理本应用的数据

5.4 联系我们

如果您希望行使其他数据权利或有任何疑问，请通过本政策末尾的联系方式与我们联系。

六、儿童隐私

本应用不专门针对13岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集13岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果您是家长或监护人，发现您的孩子未经您同意向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们将采取措施删除相关信息。

未成年人（未满18周岁）应在父母或法定监护人的陪同和同意下使用本应用，特别是涉及付费订阅功能时。

Welcome to WeatherWear (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "WeatherWear"). The App is developed and operated by Wenjie Zhang (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Developer").

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App, particularly the disclaimers and limitation of liability clauses. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, including accepting that the App is provided "as is" and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with its use.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

WeatherWear is an AI-powered intelligent clothing recommendation application. Main features include:

• AI-generated clothing suggestions based on real-time weather data

• Weather information queries (current weather, 24-hour forecast, 7-day forecast)

• Personal wardrobe management (supports uploading clothing photos)

• Outfit scheme saving and management

• Multi-profile management (Family plan feature)

• iCloud data synchronization (Pro feature)

1.2 Nature of Service

You understand and agree that:

• Clothing suggestions provided by this App are reference tools only and do not constitute any professional advice

• This App cannot replace your personal judgment and decision-making

• You should make your own clothing decisions based on your actual circumstances and are responsible for your own decisions

1.3 Service Versions

The App offers the following service tiers:

• Free Version: Basic features with 1 daily AI suggestion, up to 10 wardrobe items, up to 5 outfit schemes

• Pro Version: Subscription-based, includes unlimited AI suggestions, future date suggestions, unlimited wardrobe management, unlimited outfit schemes, iCloud sync, and other premium features

• Family Version: Subscription-based, includes all Pro features plus the ability to create multiple independent profiles for family members

1.4 Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

2. User Eligibility and Conduct

2.1 User Eligibility

• If you are a minor (under 18 years old), please read this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian and use the App only with their consent.

• By using the App, you represent that you have obtained the necessary legal authorization.

2.2 User Conduct

You agree to comply with the following rules when using the App:

• Not to use the App for any illegal activities

• Not to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App

• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Not to use the App to infringe upon others' legitimate rights

• Not to abuse the AI service or engage in any behavior that may damage service stability

• Not to upload images containing illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content

2.3 User-Uploaded Content

• Clothing photos you upload should be taken by you or images you have the right to use

• You shall not upload images containing illegal, pornographic, violent, or content that infringes on others' privacy or intellectual property rights

• We have the right, but not the obligation, to review user-uploaded content and may delete content that violates these terms

• You are fully responsible for all content you upload

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Information

• Subscription services are provided through the Apple App Store

• Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• Subscription prices are as displayed in the App Store

• We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices; price changes will take effect in your next subscription period with advance notice

• Any applicable taxes will be calculated according to the laws of your region

3.3 Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be processed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policies

• If you receive a refund, your access to Pro/Family features will be terminated immediately

• We do not process refund requests directly; please contact Apple Support

3.4 Subscription Cancellation

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund

• If no refund is requested, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the current subscription period

• After the subscription period ends, your account will revert to Free version features

4. Artificial Intelligence Service Terms

4.1 AI Service Description

• The AI clothing suggestion feature is powered by third-party AI service providers (OpenRouter)

• AI-generated content is inherently uncertain and may contain errors, inaccuracies, incompleteness, or content unsuitable for your specific situation

• AI suggestions are for reference only and do not constitute any professional advice or guidance

4.2 Data Processing

• To provide AI services, some of your data (including but not limited to weather information, personal preferences, wardrobe information) will be sent to third-party AI service provider servers for processing

• We have selected service options that do not use your data for AI model training

• Clothing photos you upload are not sent to AI services

• For detailed information on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy

4.3 AI Service Disclaimer

You expressly understand and agree that:

• AI-generated clothing suggestions are for reference only; final clothing decisions are made by you alone

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness, or reliability of AI suggestions

• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are appropriate for your health condition, physical characteristics, or specific activity requirements

• You voluntarily choose whether to adopt AI suggestions and assume all consequences arising therefrom

• In extreme weather conditions, you should rely on official meteorological department warnings and advice rather than this App

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

• All rights, title, and interest in the App (including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, graphics, text, audio, etc.) are owned by the Developer

• This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the App's intellectual property

5.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of user content you upload to the App, such as clothing images and outfit schemes

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your user content as necessary to provide the services

• This license is solely for providing you with the App's services; we will not use your user content for other commercial purposes

6. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. For detailed information on how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

You expressly understand and agree that: The App and all its content, features, and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, or virus-free

• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, data, or advice

• Warranties that the service will meet your needs or expectations

7.2 Weather Data Disclaimer

• Weather data in this App is sourced from third-party services (Apple WeatherKit, QWeather)

• Weather data is provided by third parties, and we cannot control its accuracy or timeliness

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of weather data

• In extreme weather conditions, please always refer to information released by official meteorological authorities

7.3 Third-Party Services Disclaimer

• The App relies on third-party services (including but not limited to Apple WeatherKit, QWeather, OpenRouter AI services, Apple iCloud services)

• The availability, accuracy, and security of third-party services are the responsibility of their respective providers

7.4 User Assumption of Risk

You expressly understand and agree that:

• Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk

• Any decisions and actions you take based on suggestions provided by this App are your own responsibility

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, health problems, or other harm resulting from use or inability to use this App

• You are responsible for making appropriate clothing choices based on your own health condition, physical characteristics, and actual environment

7.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, government actions, cyberattacks, system failures, power outages, or communication failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly understand and agree that:

• The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages

• The Developer shall not be liable for any of the following:

  • Any physical discomfort, health problems, or personal injury resulting from reliance on AI clothing suggestions

  • Any losses resulting from inaccurate weather data

  • Any losses resulting from service interruption, delay, or inability to access

  • Any losses resulting from data loss or corruption

  • Any losses resulting from third-party service issues

  • Any losses resulting from user's own improper operation or device issues

  • Any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses

8.2 Liability Cap

If any part of the above disclaimer cannot be fully enforced under applicable law, the Developer's total liability to you shall be limited to the subscription fees you actually paid to us in the six (6) months prior to making a claim. If you have not paid any fees, the Developer shall not be liable for any compensation.

8.3 Exceptions

The above limitation of liability and disclaimers do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (if any).

8.4 Basis of Agreement

You acknowledge that the disclaimers and limitation of liability clauses in this Agreement are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and us and are prerequisites for us to provide you with services. Without these terms, we would not be able to provide the App in its current form and at its current price.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of any terms of this Agreement

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

• Your infringement of any third party's rights

• Any content you upload

• Any use or misuse of the App by you

10. Agreement Modifications

10.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will be posted within the App or communicated through other reasonable means.

10.2 Continued Use

Your continued use of the App after modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

11. Termination

11.1 User Termination

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by deleting the App.

11.2 Developer Termination

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice, without liability, and without refunding any fees.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of the Agreement:

• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive

• We have no obligation to retain any of your data

• You shall immediately cease using the App

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (for purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan).

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation

• If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the Developer's location for litigation

12.3 Consent to Jurisdiction

Regardless of your location, by using this App, you agree to the above choice of law and jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral body with jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement.

13.5 Language

This Agreement is written in Chinese and English. In case of any inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.

13.6 Headings

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

Profile Information: Profile names and personalization settings for multiple profiles (Family plan users)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Location Information: City-level approximate location (not precise GPS coordinates)
Purpose: Obtain local weather data. You can also choose to manually enter a city without granting location permission

Usage Data: Feature usage frequency, crash logs
Purpose: Improve products and service quality

• Phone number

• ID card number

• Bank card/payment information (payments are handled by Apple)

• Precise GPS location

3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

3.1 AI Service Provider

To provide the AI clothing suggestion feature, we use third-party AI services (OpenRouter). The following information may be sent to AI service provider servers:

• Current weather data (temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc.)

• Your personalization settings (body type preference, age group, etc.)

• Your wardrobe information (for personalized recommendations, excluding clothing photos)

Important Notes:

• We have selected service options that do not use your data for AI model training

• AI service providers only access relevant data when processing your requests

• Data transmission is encrypted

• Clothing photos you upload are not sent to AI services

3.2 Weather Data Services

We use the following third-party weather data services:

• Apple WeatherKit

• QWeather

Only your city-level location information is used to query weather data.

3.3 Apple Services

• App Store: Processes subscriptions and payments

• iCloud: Provides data synchronization services for Pro/Family users (data is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple)

3.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage Location

• Local Storage: Most data (including wardrobe information, clothing photos, outfit schemes, personalization settings) is stored locally on your device

• iCloud Storage: Pro/Family users' synchronized data is stored in your personal iCloud account (managed by Apple)

• Third-Party Servers: Temporary data during AI request processing (not permanently stored after processing)

4.2 Data Retention Period

• Local data: Until you delete the app or manually clear data

• iCloud data: Until you delete it from iCloud or cancel your subscription

• AI processing data: Temporarily used only during request processing

4.3 Security Measures

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information, including:

• Data transmission encryption (HTTPS)

• Data minimization principle

However, please understand that internet transmission is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should take your own measures to protect your device and account security.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Access and Manage Data

You can at any time within the app:

• View and modify your personalization settings

• Add, edit, or delete wardrobe information and photos

• Delete saved outfit schemes

• Manage profiles (Family plan)

5.2 Revoke Location Permission

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. After revoking, you can still use weather features by manually entering a city.

5.3 Delete Data

• Delete Local Data: Uninstalling the app will delete all local data

• Delete iCloud Data: Manage this app's data in your device's "Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage"

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not specifically directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
